Join us June 20th from 5-7: Shipe Park Pool Party

Join the Friends of Shipe Park for our annual celebration of the beloved neighborhood Pool.

This is a free community event, with a DJ, kids activities, a food truck, and our annual snowball fight. Join us at Shipe Pool.

Here’s the Shipe Pool schedule for 2026:

Opening Day: Monday, June 1, 2026

• Weekly Closure: The pool will be closed every Wednesday for maintenance (excluding the week of July 4th)

• Standard Operating Hours (Beginning June 8):

  • Weekdays (Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri): * 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Swim Lessons & Lap Swim

    • 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Closed for Swim Team

    • 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Recreational Swim

  • Weekends: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM

• Holiday Hours: The pool will be open 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM on July 4th.

• Season Close: The final day of the season is August 16th (Pool closes at 4:00 PM).
